How do I join a video call with a Sifely Support Agent?

Answer:

Sometimes, a video call is more efficient than a regular audio call. When a call agent offers a video call,  here are the steps to join:

Step 1. Ensure that your smartphone is actively signed in to a Google Account.

Step 2. Ensure that you have the latest version of the Google Meet App

Step 3.  Go to your email to find the Google Meet invite; it should look similar to the example below: 

To join the video meeting, click this link: https://meet.google.com/rzb-neyh-kcf
Otherwise, to join by phone, dial +1 320-416-0999 and enter this PIN: 237 824 135#
To view more phone numbers, click this link: https://tel.meet/rzb-neyh-kcf?hs=5

Step 4. Hit "join" and wait for the meeting administrator to allow 

Step 5: Enable the camera and mic once you are in the meeting.
