How do I delete a lock from my Sifely Pro app?
Answer:
Deleting a lock on your app will remove all the data from the deleted lock from your account, and you will no longer be able to access it with the app.
However, you will need to be near the lock in order to delete it.
There are 2 ways on how to delete a lock from the app.
Step 1: On the individual lock page, tap on the “Settings” menu item.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap on the red “Delete Icon” at the bottom of your screen.
Step 3: Enter your account Password.
Note: After successfully entering the password, you will hear the lock voice say, “Deleing the lock, successful!”
Another way to remove a lock is by using a press-and-hold method
Step 1: On the lock home screen, press and hold the lock you want to delete.
Step 2: Enter the requested Account Password.
Note: After successfully entering the password, you will hear the lock voice say, “Deleing the lock, successful!”
