How to register an account using the New Sifely App Pro

Your Sifely App account is the key to access all the features and settings of your Sifely smart lock products from anywhere in the world. Let’s walk you through how to sign up for a new account.

How to create/ register to Sifely Smart Lock Pro App

Step one:Download and install the Sifely Smart Lock Pro App on your smartphone.

Step Two: Tap on “Register”

Step Three: Choose email or phone number to be associated with your account.

Choose your country code and create a password that contains 8-20 characters and include a  minimum of two types of numbers, letters and symbols as following below:

• An uppercase and lowercase letter (ABCabc)
• A number (123)
• A special character (!@#$%^&*()_-=+|[{]}/?.>,;’:)

Step Four: Verify email or phone number.

After completing the username and password, please tap on the “Get code” for the verification of your provided user account and enter the “Verification code” portion.

Note: Verification code will be sent whether email or via text (SMS) message depending on the username (Email address or Phone number) you use to create the account.

Step Five: Complete the registration.

Check the “User Terms Privacy Policy” if you read and agree and Tap the “Register” to complete the process of registering your account.

After you create your account, you can also login to our Sifely webportal. Go to this site to log in https://manager.sifely.com/
