What are the Sifely Smart Lock physical keys used for? Why are they important?

Answer 

Each Sifely Lock has a physical key for backup use. Some of the main reasons for the physical key are: 

• The physical key is very helpful for a lock with dead batteries. 
• They can open a door if the app or an electronic unlock feature fails to work. 
• They can manually open a lock when there are no other access methods available.
