How do I limit the outer handle of the Sifely S (blue box edition) so that it rotates in only one direction?

Question 

The front handle of my Sifely S (blue box edition) rotates all the way to the right and all the way to the left. How do I fix this?

Answer 

This often happens when the  bottom screw of the front panel is not in place. See the video link and picture below for more instructions
