How to set up Passage mode using the Web Portal

Answer:

Passage mode disables the auto-lock feature for a set schedule. For example, if a businessman would like the doors of his shop to stay open during business hours, the lock can be scheduled to not auto-lock from 9 am to 5 pm on the weekdays, Monday through Friday.

To set up passage mode using the web portal, the lock must be connected to the Sifely Gateway.

Note: Passage mode will not unlock the lock at the beginning of the set schedule. The lock has to be manually unlocked first at the beginning of the set schedule to activate the passage mode.

Here are the steps to set up passage mode on our web portal.

     1. Click the settings icon.

     2. Settings.

     3. And choose Passage mode.

     4. Enable passage mode and select desired schedule

Noteworthy Passage mode Tips for best use:

• Passage mode does not unlock at the beginning of the schedule. However, it will auto-lock at the end of Passage mode. 
• During passage mode, the lock can still be locked by pressing and holding the # or lock symbol on the lock keypad or via the app. If it is unlocked again, however, it will stay unlocked until the end of the schedule.
