How do I successfully register with a new password?

    First unit quit responding at all using fingerprint and The code pad never did work. Responds well to app. 
    I replaced this lock with a new 2nd lock but can’t even get started with that one. I’m thinking about returning both and getting a different brand.

    I bought two locks. First one failed after 2 months. I installed the second and can’t get it to work at all.
