The default code is 123456 + #. The default code is used to test the lock's functionality (even before it is paired to an app). When using it, the default code will also indicate if everything was installed correctly. If you enter the code followed by the "#" it will say "unlocked," and you can turn the handle to open the door.

How do I know if my lock is unpaired? 

For Sifely S and Sifely X Smart Locks, if you tap on the keypad and the lock says "Please add Bluetooth Administrator", this means that the lock is unpaired.
